About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Neighbourhood Housing Lead to join our Housing Management Team at L&Q. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent service to our residents, building trust, and ensuring they have a home they are happy in.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Housing Management team to deliver a reliable, repeatable, and consistent service for residents.
- Improve resident satisfaction by building strong relationships and communicating effectively with colleagues and residents.
- Be the primary relationship holder with residents living in homes on your patch, covering around 500-600 homes.
- Problem solve and demonstrate grit and determination, with a can-do attitude and a commitment to keeping promises to residents.
- Manage a complex workload, adhere to important deadlines, and engage with a diverse customer base.
- Have demonstrable experience in a similar role and a valid license with access to a car for work use.
