About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Housing Solutions Manager to join our team at L&Q. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customers have the best possible experience when they are displaced from their homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Source solutions quickly, while showing compassion and empathy for each case
- Work in partnership with internal and external teams to ensure the customer is kept informed throughout the process
- Manage a complex caseload, including temporary and permanent rehousing, as well as providing housing options advice to our existing residents
- Ensure the journey for all customers is smooth and efficient
Requirements
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to manage a complex workload while adhering to important deadlines
- Confident in all areas of work, with excellent negotiation, influencing, and organisational skills
- Strong track record of providing excellent customer service
- Ability to think fast on your feet and take responsibility and ownership of all areas of work
