Job Title: Neighbourhood Housing Lead

At L&Q, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Housing Management Team as a Neighbourhood Housing Lead. About the Role:
  • Support the Housing Management team to deliver a reliable, repeatable, and consistent service for residents.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for residents.
  • Manage a complex workload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements to our services, ensuring we are always striving for excellence.
About You:
  • You have a proven track record of building relationships with people and communicating effectively with colleagues and residents.
  • You are a problem-solver with a can-do attitude, motivated by keeping promises to residents and delivering excellent service.
  • You are willing to push boundaries and challenge the business where needed to achieve the best outcomes for residents.
  • You have excellent time management skills and can manage a complex workload while adhering to important deadlines.
  • You are a stakeholder management expert, able to engage with a diverse customer base and build strong relationships.
