About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Housing Management Team as a Neighbourhood Housing Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent service to residents, building trust, and ensuring that residents have a home they are happy in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Housing Management team to deliver a reliable, repeatable, and consistent service for residents.
- Improve resident satisfaction, build trust, and ensure residents have a home they are happy in.
- Be the primary relationship holder with residents living in homes on your patch, covering around 500-600 homes.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of building relationships with people and communicating well with colleagues and residents.
- Ability to problem-solve, with a can-do attitude and motivation to keep promises to residents.
- Willingness to push boundaries and challenge the business where needed to achieve the best outcomes for residents.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage a complex workload while adhering to important deadlines.
- Stakeholder management is key to this role, with the ability to engage with a diverse customer base.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Valid license and access to a car for work use.
