Information Security Analyst - SOC

London & Quadrant Housing Trust is seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team at a critical time in our organization's transformation. As a key member of our Information Security team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Information Security SOC team in identifying and recommending new technologies, tools, and techniques to enhance our security posture.
  • Collaborate with the team on Technology Risk Assessments and Compliance to ensure our security strategy meets regulatory requirements.
  • Provide information security assurance across business projects and solutions, utilizing Jira, TFS, or similar ITSM/Ticketing tools.
  • Develop and implement roadmaps, data mapping, and engagement strategies to ensure our security and risk strategy aligns with our business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices to inform our security strategy.

Requirements:

  • Relevant information security qualifications and experience working in a medium to large technology organization with Agile methodology.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks, particularly Cyber Security Essentials and ISO 27001.
  • Proactive monitoring and analysis of security log data from security devices, with experience in driving and owning Single Source Dashboards and SIEM.
  • Incident Response (IR) support and threat and vulnerability analysis, as well as security advisory services.
  • Ability to understand the long-term and short-term perspectives of technology security products and solutions, including IoT, cloud, and monitoring tools.
