Salary: £26,500 + Bonuses + Company Car per annum.

This role involves gathering customer data, negotiating payment arrangements, and preparing documentation to secure payments.

  1. Gathering additional customer information, including meter readings and vulnerabilities.
  2. Conducting site visits to meet client requirements.
  3. Negotiating payment plans with clients.
  4. Preparing and executing documents to secure payments.
  5. Executing warrants to access properties and resolve issues.

Candidate Requirements
  • Full clean UK driving license
  • Working hours: 8am-5:30pm (Mon-Thurs), 8am-5pm (Fri)
  • Desirable skills: debt negotiation/collection, customer service, conflict resolution
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent spoken English skills
  • Quick decision-making abilities
