- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other relevant information
- Use surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and levels to collect accurate data
- Prepare and maintain survey records, including field notes, sketches, and digital files
- Analyze survey data and create detailed maps, plats, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Provide guidance and support to field crews during surveying projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field
- Proven experience working as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software such as AutoCAD and ArcGIS
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
