- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and making offers
- Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and training with line managers

Requirements:
- CIPD qualification level 5 or above, or a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Over four years of proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or a similar role is essential
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal frameworks
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
