At Parke Lane People, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Generalist to lead our HR function and drive business success.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a proven track record of delivering HR strategies that drive business outcomes. They will have a sound understanding of employment law and HR practice, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives. They will oversee the Single Central Register and ensure compliance with all matters of safer recruitment and employment. They will also provide accurate and professional advice and guidance to all colleagues while ensuring compliance with all aspects of employment law.

The ideal candidate will have CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience, sound knowledge of current employment legislation, and demonstrable experience in a generalist HR role, preferably at a senior level. They will also have experience of working with an HR system, such as CIPHR, and providing advice and support to a senior leadership team or management board.
