Key Responsibilities

The role of HR Operations Manager at CV-Library involves managing the entire employee life cycle within the organisation, liaising with senior management to provide advice and guidance on HR functions, and facilitating recruitment processes including drafting adverts, arranging interviews, liaising with external recruitment resources and contract drafting.
