Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our Plumbing Apprenticeship team as a Progress Coach. As a Progress Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting and monitoring the progress of apprentices enrolled in the plumbing Apprenticeship programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and liaise with lecturers and employers to ensure effective communication and successful learning outcomes for apprentices.
  • Carry out regular progress reviews for first-year plumbing apprentices, checking attendance and maintaining accurate records of their progress.
  • Facilitate effective communication between apprentices, employers, and College staff, ensuring timely exchange of information and addressing any issues or queries.
