CR and Sustainability Skills Coach - Apprenticeship Programme

Salary: £42,500 - £46,000 per annum + comprehensive benefits package


We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Responsibility Professional to join our dynamic team as a CR and Sustainability Skills Coach. In this rewarding role, you will help learners complete their apprenticeships and achieve career potential.


As a Skills Coach, you will provide coaching and mentoring to Level 4 Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Practitioner apprentices, supporting them in acquiring the necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviours. This will involve remote work with at least one day per month at our office in South London.


  • Deliver high-quality coaching sessions and progress reviews for all apprentices, ensuring that employers are informed about apprentice progress.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training for apprentices through group sessions, including live sessions, masterclasses, and in-person delivery days.
  • Ensure compliance with quality procedures to maintain high standards and best practices.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in Corporate Responsibility, either in-house or in a consultancy or agency environment.
  • Excellent understanding of the Corporate Responsibility landscape and modern CR strategies.
  • Experience in teaching, coaching, or a related field, with a passion for developing others.
  • Proficient IT skills and ability to use software and systems like MS Office, Salesforce, and Learner Management Systems.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional training and helping individuals start successful careers.
