Job Description

Company Overview: Nescot is a reputable institution committed to providing quality education and training. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting and monitoring the progress of apprentices enrolled in the plumbing Apprenticeship programme.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Organise and facilitate progress reviews every 10-12 weeks for first-year plumbing apprentices.
  • Maintain accurate records of apprentices' progress and achievement.
  • Facilitate effective communication between apprentices, employers, and College staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A qualification in electrical installation or another construction trade is preferred.
  • Excellent organisational skills and good communication abilities are essential.
