Workplace Experience Coordinator

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for delivering exceptional workplace experience to employees and guests. A key member of the CBRE team, the Workplace Experience Host will be the first point of contact for visitors and will be responsible for making a positive impression of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greets employees and announces clients, applicants, and visitors, conducting guest registration through badging software and arranging escorts as needed.
- Assists with scheduling and preparing meeting and conference rooms, coordinating setup and arranging for projectors and other meeting equipment.
- Provides personal services to employees and guests, including arranging local transportation, office wayfinding, and visitor refreshments.
- Maintains the reception area, conference rooms, and other common areas, requesting building and housekeeping services as needed.
- Assists the Workplace Experience Team and CBRE community with general administrative support, including mail services, event management, and desk booking.
- Supports the on-boarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, and equipment ordering.
- Ensures safety standards are met and manages facilities and office requests.
Site Specific Responsibilities:
- Deals with telephone calls in a welcoming and positive manner, taking and passing on accurate messages using multiple technologies.
- Courteously greets and interacts with visitors, managing room and hospitality bookings.
- Assists with setting up meeting rooms, arranging hospitality, and organizing catering.
- Manages the diary, handles customer queries, and raises any health and safety concerns.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, concierge, hospitality, or customer service role.
- Experience in facilities management and/or dealing with suppliers/contractors is beneficial.
