Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring a positive experience for employees and guests. As the first point of contact, you will make a lasting impression on our organization and its visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reception duties, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and coordinating meetings and events.
  • Provide personal services to employees and guests, such as arranging transportation, wayfinding, and refreshments.
  • Coordinate catering and hospitality services for meetings and events.
  • Maintain the appearance of the reception area, conference rooms, and common areas.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including mail services, event management, and desk booking.
  • Support the on-boarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.
  • Respond to community requests and complaints regarding Workplace Experience services.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as front desk, concierge, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Experience in facilities management and/or dealing with suppliers/contractors is beneficial.
Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools.
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
