The AMS Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office facilities and providing an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our office facilities, ensuring they meet health and safety standards and legal requirements.
  • Workplace Experience: Lead the Workplace Experience Team in delivering an outstanding client journey with a hospitality-led approach.
  • Office Move Management: Plan and execute a large-scale office move in early 2025, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of Workplace Experience leads and coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of our workplace experience.
  • Client Satisfaction: Work closely with our People and Culture team to ensure all our offices provide a welcoming and efficient environment for all our employees.
  • Cost Management: Collaborate with the Group Finance Team to develop and manage the annual office/facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Sustainability: Implement sustainable practices in office management to reduce the company's environmental impact.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Office Management, with a proven track record in managing a diverse range of facilities services.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of people and contractors.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address maintenance issues and improve facilities operations.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to handle unexpected challenges and adapt to changing organisational needs.
