Workplace Services Coordinator

**We are looking for a Workplace Services Coordinator to manage the day to day activities, suppliers and colleagues at our head office in Manchester. You will support with visitor management, space allocation and services throughout the building.**
You will provide effective management of our physical environment and services integrating the organisations support structure to deliver services to staff and customers at best value whilst enhancing organisational performance.
**Duties to include**:
- Actively increase workplace experience by conducting service audits and demonstrating improvements
- Support reduction of paper use in our offices, including property projects to delivery our Smart Working model.
- Ensure building elements are maintained to a condition and regulatory B rating by completing audits and checks as required. Ensure our buildings are kept secure at all times.
- Implement the findings of risk assessments so far as reasonably practicable.
- Ensure that cleaning audits are conducted and continuous improvement is demonstrated.
- Demonstrate stakeholder satisfaction with staff amenities and continuous improvement.
- Ensure that evacuation procedures, emergency response plans and escalation procedures are regularly updated.
- Work to establish environmental plans for our offices.
- Ensure that succession plans are implemented for your team and that suitable and sufficient training and supervision is in place to ensure a quality service.
