About the Role:

  • Design and implement bespoke personality assessment frameworks tailored to our organizational needs, ensuring seamless integration with our recruitment and professional development processes.
  • Analyze test results to provide actionable insights and recommendations to our recruitment and management teams, empowering them to make informed decisions that drive business growth.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for interview panels on interpreting personality assessments, equipping them with the skills to identify top talent and build high-performing teams.
  • Collaborate closely with our HR department to integrate findings into comprehensive professional development programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our personality testing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance our assessment methodologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in workplace personality testing, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence within our organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your expertise in organizational psychology or human resources to design and administer personality assessments that accurately capture candidate potential and fit.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of various personality testing methodologies, including their strengths, limitations, and applications in the workplace.
  • Deliver high-quality analytical reports and presentations that effectively communicate test results and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH COLLEAGUES ACROSS THE ORGANIZATION, ENSURING SEAMLESS COORDINATION AND COLLABORATION ON ASSESSMENT-RELATED INITIATIVES.
  • PARTICIPATE IN TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES TO STAY CURRENT WITH BEST PRACTICES IN WORKPLACE PERSONALITY TESTING AND LEAD BY EXAMPLE IN OUR COMMITMENT TO CONTINUOUS GROWTH AND IMPROVEMENT.

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree in organizational psychology, human resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and administering personality assessments, with a strong track record of delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on driving business outcomes through data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with various personality testing methodologies, including their strengths, limitations, and applications in the workplace.
