Conveyancing Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with the initial matter setup, including generating instruction confirmation letters, updating records, and entering client information.
- Support Conveyancers to ensure a high-quality service and compliance with all necessary standards.
- Handle due diligence to meet Anti-Money Laundering regulations, where applicable.
- Manage routine client inquiries and ensure all required information is gathered for file opening.
About the Role:
The Conveyancing Services team at TSR Legal covers a wide range of specialisms, with each Conveyancer handling their own caseload and guiding clients through the process of drafting documents and ensuring compliance for smooth housing transactions.
As part of the team, you will be supported by over 60 colleagues, all working together to deliver exceptional client service. TSR Legal is accredited by the Conveyancing Quality Scheme and has been appointed to over 60 of the UK's leading lending panels.
What We're Looking For:
- Prior administrative experience, with experience in property transactions being beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to working within a quality standard framework.
- Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the desire to collaborate.
- Availability to work in Taunton full-time, as this is an office-based role.
