About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Non-Profit Assistant Manager to join our team at Moore Kingston Smith. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients in the charity sector, delivering high-quality audit services and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of charity clients, delivering audit services and providing exceptional client service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Lead and manage audit teams, ensuring high-quality work and timely delivery.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and development of the practice.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant industry developments, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualification or internationally recognised chartered accounting qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years PQE in audit, preferably in the charity sector.
  • Proven experience of managing a portfolio of clients, delivering audit services and providing exceptional client service.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and development of the practice.
