Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Non-Profit Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, including non-profit organisations, and delivering high-quality services to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, including non-profit organisations, and deliver high-quality services to meet their needs.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to grow our non-profit practice and increase revenue.
  • Lead audit teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assignments.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to promote the firm's interests and develop new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Qualified in ACA or ACCA, or internationally recognised chartered accounting qualification.
  • 1-2 years PQE with experience of running own portfolio.
  • Non-Profit audit experience and understanding of Corporate Tax and VAT.
  • High level of familiarity with UK auditing and accounting standards.
  • Technically excellent with ability to use own initiative and motivate others.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, annual leave, and professional development opportunities.
