We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our Pharmaceutical team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business and revenue growth opportunities, preparing high-quality proposals and successfully negotiating to win profitable new business and grow renewals.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years' experience within a business-to-business environment of the Pharmaceutical industry, with a successful track record in outgoing sales and account management. You will also have a growth mindset, ability to work both individually and collaboratively with the wider team, and strong quantitative skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven individual who understands negotiation techniques and can secure and close deals. With an estimated salary of **£52,000 - £62,000 per annum**, plus uncapped commission scheme, you will be rewarded well for your success.
