Technical Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a technical customer support specialist to join our team at Obscurant Recruitment Solutions Ltd.
In this role, you will provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams, mainly supporting French-speaking clients and a network of distributors globally.
You will work closely with our team to troubleshoot issues logically and multitask effectively, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- A strong customer service background with a genuine technical interest or relevant customer support experience.
- Degree level or equivalent in a technical field (e.g., automotive, motorsports, technology).
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) and excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision required.
- Ability to grasp, learn, and develop quickly.
What We Offer:
- Up to £29,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus quarterly bonus, enhanced pension, private healthcare, and 33 days' holidays
