Job Title: CUSTOMER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical customer support representative to join our team at Obscurant Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As an Automotive Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.

Mainly supporting French-speaking clients and a network of distributors globally, you will troubleshoot issues logically and multitask effectively.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer service professional with a strong technical background or relevant experience in automotive technology.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree level or equivalent in a technical field (e.g., automotive, motorsports, technology).
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) and excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision required.
  • Ability to grasp, learn, and develop quickly.
