About the Opportunity

A highly rewarding leadership role where you will oversee the day-to-day activities of our Opticians store. Reporting to the Store Manager – Hub, you will support the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences at Boots Opticians and throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team to deliver a culture of exceptional care for colleagues and customers, prioritizing customer satisfaction in all decision-making.
  • Drive the team to achieve Hub local plans for Enhanced Services, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Proactively manage clinics to optimize productivity and efficiency, ensuring a smooth and effective workflow.
  • Maintain high standards of Clinical and Health and Safety in the store, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Support the Store Manager – Hub in delivering exceptional retail standards, conducting regular shop floor walks to ensure a clean, well-presented store and clinical areas.
  • Develop and support the Optical Consultant team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Assume keyholder responsibilities, ensuring the operational procedures of the store are followed and maintained.
