About the Opportunity

A highly rewarding leadership role where you will oversee the day-to-day activities of our Opticians store. Reporting to the Store Manager - Hub, you will support the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences at Boots Opticians, from initial consultation to final product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Team: Foster a culture of exceptional care for colleagues and customers, prioritizing customer satisfaction in all decision-making.
  • Drive Hub Local Plans: Collaborate with the team to achieve Enhanced Services goals and objectives.
  • Manage Clinics: Proactively manage daily clinics to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain Clinical and Health Standards: Ensure the store meets clinical and health and safety standards on a daily basis.
  • Support Store Manager - Hub: Assist in delivering high retailing standards, conducting regular shop floor walks, and maintaining a robust operational platform.
  • Develop Optical Consultants: Support the growth and development of the Optical Consultant team.
  • Keyholder Responsibilities: Ensure operational procedures are followed, maintaining a clean and well-presented store environment.
