### Job Title: Residential Deputy Manager

### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Deputy Manager to join our team at Area Camden. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality care and services to young people.

### Key Responsibilities

* Support the Registered Manager in all aspects of the day-to-day management of the residential care home
* Ensure the highest standards of care and service are maintained at all times
* Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the quality of care and services
* Collaborate with the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home
* Provide leadership and guidance to staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent care

### Requirements

* Significant experience in residential care management
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality care and services
* Excellent leadership and management skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
