Job Title:

Drug and Alcohol Recovery Worker

About the Role:

This position is based in Tunbridge Wells, supporting individuals struggling with substance misuse. The ideal candidate will have experience working with service users, providing screening, assessment, and recovery planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting service users through their treatment/recovery journey
  • Providing comprehensive assessments and developing individual recovery plans
  • Reducing drug and alcohol related harm to service users and the wider community
  • Promoting carer, service user, and community involvement
Requirements:
  • DBS within the last 12 months (original copy required)
  • Experience supporting individuals with Substance Misuse issues
Benefits:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, every other Tuesday 11am-7pm. £13,200 estimated annual salary, making this an attractive opportunity for those passionate about addiction support.
