About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Obstetrician and Gynaecologist to join our team as a Locum Consultant. This is a fixed-term position for 12 months, based at Tunbridge Wells Hospital, with the opportunity to make a significant impact on our maternity services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a comprehensive Obstetrics and Gynaecology service, including general gynaecology clinics, endometriosis clinics, high-risk antenatal care, labour ward management, and emergency gynaecology cover. They will also contribute to the development and implementation of our service reset and recovery plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a comprehensive Obstetrics and Gynaecology service
  • Lead the development and implementation of our service reset and recovery plans
  • Contribute to the development of our Endometriosis service
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care

Requirements:

  • Full GMC registration
  • MRCOG or equivalent specialist qualification
  • CCT in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (or within 6 months of AAC)
  • Laboratory Ward ATSM

Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience
