As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents across multiple sites.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Setting up, undertaking, and managing the Tenant/Customer/Resident Liaison Service across multiple sites.
* Attending regular client representative and tenant meetings to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times.
* Ensuring a consistent approach to customer care is adopted.
* Managing the Tenant's Complaints procedures as a point of escalation.
* Maintaining and updating the on-site Database to reflect on-going works.

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong knowledge of internal and external programmes, excellent customer service and IT skills, and a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
