About the Role:
- Establish and manage the Tenant/Customer/Resident Liaison Service across multiple sites, ensuring seamless communication and support.
- Attend regular client representative and tenant meetings to maintain the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement a consistent approach to customer care, fostering a positive and responsive environment.
- Manage the Tenant's Complaints procedures as a point of escalation, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain and update the on-site Database to reflect ongoing works, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements:
- A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
- Proven experience as a Resident Liaison Officer with a successful track record of managing workload across planned maintenance programmes.
- Strong knowledge of internal and external programmes, with excellent customer service and IT skills.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
