Resident Liaison Officer

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your primary focus will be on providing a first-class liaison service to our diverse customer base, ensuring that all interactions are professional and efficient. You will be responsible for resolving complaints in a timely manner, logging all issues in accordance with our policy and procedures, and ensuring that agreed targets are met within your service area. To be successful in this role, you will have excellent customer service experience, ideally within a social housing environment, and the ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships. You will be well-organized, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the aptitude to communicate at all levels. IT literacy is also essential.
