Key Responsibilities:

* Provide first-class liaison and administrative support to our project team
* Liaise with a wide and diverse customer base in a professional and efficient manner
* Swiftly resolve and advise residents on complaints received
* Log all complaints in accordance with our policy and procedures

Requirements:

* Excellent customer service experience, ideally within a social housing environment
* Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships
* Well-organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT literate
