- Care Planning and Documentation: Participate in updating and writing care plans and resident documentation, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records.
- Medication Administration: Be responsible for administering medication to residents in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the care team to promote a positive and supportive environment, ensuring seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience of working in a care setting, with a strong understanding of care principles and practices.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

- Competitive Salary: £13.50 per hour, with an annual salary of £25,272.
