Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer/ Administration Officer to join our Wates team within our Responsive Maintenance division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering support to our residents across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage the Tenant/Customer/Resident Liaison Service across multiple sites, ensuring a consistent approach to customer care.
  • Attend regular client representative and tenant meetings to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times.
  • Manage the Tenant's Complaints procedures as a point of escalation, providing effective solutions to resolve issues.
  • Maintain and update the on-site Database to reflect on-going works, ensuring accurate records are kept.

Requirements

  • You must have a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing the workload across planned maintenance programmes.
  • Strong knowledge of internal and external programmes, with excellent customer service and IT skills.
