About the Workplace Services Coordinator Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our facilities team at zeroG - AI in Aviation as a Workplace Services Coordinator. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless operation of our buildings and equipment, as well as providing exceptional IT services to our members.

Responsibilities
  1. Facilities Management
  • Ensure the upkeep of our buildings, including regular checks and repairs, to guarantee a safe and healthy work environment.
IT Support
  • Offer professional technical assistance to our members, addressing any IT-related queries or issues they may have.
Contractor Oversight
  • Closely monitor the performance of our contractors, landlords, and suppliers to guarantee timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
Process Improvement
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes to boost operational efficiency, aligning with company goals and objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrate expertise in IT systems, software, and hardware, as well as building maintenance and repair techniques.
Communication and Collaboration
  • Show the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including members, contractors, and internal teams, as well as collaborate with colleagues across departments to achieve shared objectives.
Adaptability and Resilience
  • Demonstrate a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances, as well as navigate complex problems in a timely and efficient manner.

  • The salary for this role is £31,000-£36,000 per annum, depending on experience.
