About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the operational aspects of IT, workplace services, and office management. This includes developing and maintaining a high-level programme and budget to deliver new IT requirements, ensuring a customer-focused service across all IT and digital services, and managing the team to ensure the team structure and operating model is fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an IT and workplace strategy to meet user community needs.
  • Ensure a seamless experience of the physical and digital workplace for all office users.
  • Manage a team to ensure effective delivery of IT and workplace services.
  • Project manage any IT, technology-enabled, or workplace-related projects.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure governance and compliance aspects are met.
  • Set and own physical and cyber security standards for the organisation.
  • Manage the team budget and 3-5 year plan for expenditure.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in technology and business-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders.
