Job Description

We are seeking a Workplace Coordinator - Facilities Expert to join our team at the Natixis London Branch. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our workplace, including managing day-to-day activities, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and overseeing health and safety initiatives.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have proven experience in facilities management, preferably within a financial services environment. They will have strong coordination and communication skills, as well as experience with building management systems (BMS) and computer-aided facilities management (CAFM) software. Additionally, they will have knowledge of statutory compliance, British Standards, and ACOP related to workplace and facilities management.

This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to identify and address workplace needs, as well as collaborating with external suppliers and contractors to deliver high-quality services. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day activities, including coordinating maintenance and repairs.
  • Oversee health and safety initiatives, including conducting risk assessments and implementing control measures.
