Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workplace Experience Manager to join our team in Brighton. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of workplace experience services to our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities related to facilities management, including administrative support for teams managing and directing services. This will involve working closely with our FM Operations, WPS, and Engineering Service teams to deliver exceptional service quality and meet contractual obligations.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of all FM Operations service level agreements and scope of work to high standards.
  • Lead the coordination of FM Operations, WPS, and Engineering Service teams to achieve excellent service quality and meet contractual requirements.
  • Ensure contractors operate within their authority and adhere to site rules and regulations.
  • Support Campus FM and Engineering teams with QHSE Logbook maintenance.
  • Conduct monthly self-assessment audits for contract performance requirements.
  • Coordinate site waste and recycling arrangements.
  • Perform statutory fire testing and associated checks.
  • Act as deputy to line management when required.
  • Provide and arrange cover for the FM team as defined by line management.
