Job Title: Graduate Inclusion Support Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Graduate Inclusion Support Assistant to support the Director of Development with donor engagement, stewardship, and financial reporting using Raiser's Edge and Salesforce. This role will also assist with budget development, life-event communications, and event coordination.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have 7+ years of experience in an office setting with increasing responsibility or a combination of education and experience. Advanced computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, database management, and software applications are essential. Experience in public relations, office supervision, marketing, or telecommunications is desirable.

Skill Requirements:
We are looking for someone with superb fluency with Office 365 software, a Bachelor's degree, and past experience with Raiser's Edge and Salesforce. Additionally, experience in proofreading is a plus.

Benefits:
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year (complemented by comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, retirement, and paid time off).
