About the Opportunity
">Sanctuary Supported Living is seeking a highly motivated Social Inclusion Coordinator to join their team in Plymouth. This exciting opportunity involves working with clients who have experienced domestic abuse, providing them with the support and guidance they need to lead fulfilling lives.
">Your Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategies to promote social inclusion and independence among clients.">
- Work closely with statutory and non-statutory agencies to ensure clients receive comprehensive care and support.">
- Promote safe working practices by conducting risk assessments and implementing legislative frameworks.">
- Provide financial assistance and benefit management services to clients.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will possess a background in supported living or a similar field, along with experience in working with victims of domestic abuse. A strong understanding of housing management, including voids and arrears management, is essential. Additionally, you must have excellent interpersonal and customer care skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
