Job Description

The CAMHS Early Help Pathway team at Livewell Southwest is seeking an experienced Early Help Pathway Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of early help services to children and young people who are experiencing mental health difficulties.

You will work closely with other professionals, including social workers and healthcare professionals, to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive support and care.

A competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience.
