Inclusive Learning Practitioner

This Inclusive Learning Practitioner position requires a proactive individual who can adapt to different learning environments. You will be responsible for providing support to students with diverse needs, including those with EHCPs, ADHD, and Autism.
A key aspect of this role is delivering personalized support, utilizing de-escalation techniques and trauma-informed practices to ensure students feel safe and valued. Collaborating with teaching staff and other professionals is essential to implementing effective support plans.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Autism, ADHD, and trauma-informed approaches
- Previous experience in education, healthcare, or social services
