Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role, with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Main Duties:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met, and developing long-term relationships.
  2. Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients, preparing and delivering tailored presentations and proposals.
  3. Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, tracking and reporting on client satisfaction and account performance.
  4. Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue, staying updated on industry trends to inform client strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
