Customer Revenue Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Revenue Specialist to join our team at Clearwater People Solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and be organized, self-motivated, and friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Make outbound calls to customers to maximize revenue recovery
  2. Communicate with customers at risk of supply suspension to resolve issues
  3. Review customer accounts to identify opportunities for revenue growth
  4. Analyze billing and debt data to inform business decisions
  5. Undertake customer account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
  6. Review customer information to ensure all contact details are correct
Required Skills:

  1. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  2. Good organizational, time management, and planning skills
  3. Solid analytical skills
  4. IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  5. Good attention to detail
  6. Willingness to think differently
  7. Full UK driving license
  8. Able to work as a member of a team
  9. Friendly, positive mindset, and forward-thinking
