Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled People Services Advisor to join our Newcastle office, providing expert advice and support to a defined geography, collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach managers to enhance their capabilities and boost confidence in applying our people policies.
  • Manage sickness absence and drive well-being initiatives.
  • Contribute to policy development and monitor, analyse, and report on data trends to ensure early intervention and solutions.
  • Support the business with complex employee relations cases, including performance management.
  • Have a working knowledge of UK employment law and can identify, explain, and strategize to mitigate legal, reputational, and financial risk.

Requirements

  • CIPD membership and evidence of continuous professional development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
