Strategic Partnerships Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially-minded individual to join our People and Culture Team as a Strategic Partnerships Manager. This role is pivotal to the success of our function, and is hugely varied, influential, and exciting.
The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Head of Culture to forge strong and credible relationships with people across The IN Group. They will execute our Internal Communications strategy, working in partnership with key stakeholders to deliver engaging content that resonates with our audience.
This role requires someone who can identify, review, and evolve all the things that influence and shape our culture. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Head of Culture, providing compelling insight and data to support recommendations and challenge.
In addition to their strategic thinking, the successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather data from multiple sources and present it in a succinct and compelling way. They will also be skilled at communicating complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
