Agricultural Business Specialist

Job Opportunity:
ADAS, a leading supplier of independent technical, environmental, and farm business advice, is seeking an Agricultural Business Specialist to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The successful candidate will develop and apply skills across a range of farm business management consultancy services, including strategic planning, farm business reviews, and financial analysis and planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside other members of staff to enable clients to achieve their overall business objectives.
- Analyze problems and provide independent and cost-effective solutions to clients.
- Grow knowledge of ADAS ALM support tools, including BPS Impact Calculator, Xero, and FM9.
- Develop technical and business knowledge through mentoring and online learning.
Requirements:
- Agricultural or business-related qualification to HND or Degree level.
- Previous relevant practical experience in agriculture is preferable but not essential.
- Good communication skills, both internally and externally.
- Ability to work consistently to a high standard with attention to detail.
