Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a driven, confident, and money-motivated Business Development Manager who is keen to build and develop strong relationships with prospects. The successful candidate will be responsible for making introductory calls to potential business customers to follow up initial contact made via assigned telemarketers. They will also deliver proposals via Teams or face-to-face, depending on geographical location and scope of business opportunity. Additionally, they will produce sales reports, analyze data, maintain a CRM database to manage the pipeline effectively, and generate and follow up on leads through networking and referrals. Due to the nature of the role, the candidate must hold a full UK driving license, and a company car can be provided to the right candidate.
