Business Growth Manager

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a driven and confident "Business Development Manager" to join our team at KPI Recruiting. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Main Responsibilities:
- Initial contact with potential business customers to follow up on initial contact made by our telemarketing team
- Creating sales proposals to present to potential clients
- Maintaining regular communication with prospects to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Providing a consultative approach to clients, promoting product benefits and closing deals
- Producing sales reports and analysing data to inform business decisions
- Maintaining our CRM database to effectively manage the sales pipeline
- Generating and following up on leads through networking and referrals
Requirements:
- A full UK driving licence is required for this role, with the option for a company car to be provided to the right candidate
- A competitive salary and uncapped commission make this a highly attractive opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual
